Pegged the ‘Local Flavor Festival’, Breakin’ Bread brings together over 30 of the city’s best restaurants, local sips and award-winning chefs all into one space! The festival is presented by the Birmingham Originals – a coalition of local, independently owned restaurants. It is a foodie’s paradise that’s packed with flavours, like maple-bourbon glazed pork tenderloin, New Orleans-style bread pudding with whiskey sauce, fish tacos with cilantro mayo and blue crab cakes with roasted garlic and lemon brown butter. And be sure to leave room for Belgian chocolate pot de crème, apple fritters and chocolate pudding.

The Local Flavor Festival celebrates 15 years of serving the best food in Birmingham at Alabama's premiere Food, Wine and Beer Festival. Join over 30 of your favorite restaurants at Historic Sloss Furnaces for an afternoon of unlimited signature dishes. Refresh with wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages while enjoying an afternoon of musical entertainment and cooking demonstrations as well.
